1. The quality control point of raw and auxiliary materials is to check the quality assurance certificates of aluminum ingot suppliers and auxiliary material suppliers, and self-check the chemical composition of aluminum ingots and aluminum liquid. And check the operation of the degassing and slagging process of molten aluminum.
2. The first part, the last part and the process sampling quality control points are set up for the castings in the die-casting production. The first inspection content is the surface quality of the castings and the bubble reflection status after baking.
3. The quality control point of the casting packing process is to check the quality of the castings after manual packing, turning, polishing, shot blasting, sandblasting, etc., including lack of meat, scars, peeling, etc.
4. Casting coating quality control points, first check the surface quality, spraying film thickness, sintering temperature, and coating function inspection.
5. The quality control point of the bottom of the die-casting pot, the first thing to check is that there are defects such as pin shrinkage holes on the bottom of the car.
6. Casting baking quality control points; focus on controlling the baking temperature, baking time, and quality inspection and response after baking.
7. The mold quality control point is mainly held by the quality staff of the mold department to check whether the size of the new mold equipment is correct, and whether the mold sprue sleeve is consistent with the diameter of the pressure chamber of the die-casting machine. Assuming that the new mold has a special structure, check whether it is in place. Repair the old mold, check whether the repaired part is consistent with the repair list, whether it is lost, etc.
8. Vacuum pump negative pressure quality control point: It is necessary to check whether the vacuum pump is operating normally and whether the vacuum negative pressure value meets the process requirements.
